DeepVision Fantasy is an early beta. Features and outputs may change, be incomplete, or contain errors.

Fantasy Decisions

Projections, simulations, rankings, recommendations, and AI explanations are for fantasy sports information and entertainment only. They are not guarantees or professional, financial, or betting advice. You decide whether to act on them and are responsible for following your league's rules.

Results depend on player performance, injuries, data quality, league settings, schedules, and other managers. We are not responsible for fantasy outcomes, missed opportunities, entry fees, wagers, or prizes arising from your use of the service.

Read-Only League Access

Connected-league tools read and analyze data; they do not make draft picks, submit trades or claims, edit rosters, lineups, or league settings, or message managers for you. You remain responsible for any action you take on Yahoo or another platform.

Account Responsibilities

Keep your account secure and connect only Yahoo accounts you are authorized to access. Do not misuse the service.

Account Access and Deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or threatens the service's security or other users. When practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us. You may delete your account in Account settings. Suspension alone does not delete saved information; our Privacy Policy explains deletion.

Ownership and Third-Party Information

DeepVision Fantasy and its licensors retain their rights in the service, original analyses and visualizations, software, and underlying models and methods. You retain your rights in information you submit. Yahoo and other third-party information remains subject to its owners' rights and terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your information or theirs.

To provide the features you request, you permit us to host, process, transmit, and display information you submit. This limited, nonexclusive permission is subject to our Privacy Policy and third-party rights and does not transfer ownership to us.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may use analyses for fantasy sports and share individual results with your league, subject to third-party rights. Unless the law permits or we consent in writing, you may not systematically collect or redistribute service content or results, use them to build or train a competing analytical product, reverse engineer nonpublic technology, or bypass access or usage limits. These restrictions do not limit your rights in information you submitted or are otherwise entitled to access.

Yahoo Connection

Yahoo connects through read-only OAuth. Disconnecting ends future Yahoo access but does not remove imported data. The separate Remove Yahoo data control removes Yahoo league caches, related saved analyses and job payloads, and Yahoo-based Coach history while preserving demo and independent-tool results. A time-limited working set supports related connected-league analyses, but other imported data may remain until removed. See our Privacy Policy for storage and removal details.

Third-Party Services

Yahoo Fantasy, NBA data providers, Vercel, Neon, AI, email, and monitoring services support the product. Their terms and availability may affect it; see our Privacy Policy for data handling.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. For changes that materially affect your rights or use of the service, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect and seek consent where required.
