Beta Product

Deep Vision Fantasy is provided as an early beta fantasy basketball analysis tool. The product may change, have incomplete features, or produce incorrect outputs while we improve it.

Fantasy Decisions

Simulations, projections, rankings, recommended moves, AI-generated explanations, and other outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not guarantees, professional advice, financial advice, betting advice, or instructions to take any specific action. You are solely responsible for reviewing the information, deciding whether to use it, complying with your league rules, and accepting the outcome of any roster, trade, waiver, draft, lineup, or other fantasy decision you make.

Fantasy sports outcomes are uncertain and depend on many factors outside our control, including player performance, injuries, platform data, league settings, schedule changes, and decisions made by other managers. We are not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, matchup results, league standings, contest outcomes, entry fees, wagers, prizes, or other consequences that may result from relying on the product.

Read-Only League Access

Connected-league features are designed to read and analyze league data. The product does not place waiver claims, submit trades, accept or reject trades, draft players, edit lineups, add or drop players, change league settings, message other managers, or take other actions inside your fantasy league on your behalf. Any action you choose to take on Yahoo, another fantasy platform, or within a league remains your own responsibility.

Account Responsibilities

Keep your app account secure. You can use basic account/manual workflows without Yahoo, but full connected-league features require connecting a Yahoo account you are authorized to access. Do not abuse the service, scrape aggressively, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.

Yahoo Connection

Yahoo connects through the product's OAuth flow using your normal Yahoo sign-in and read-only fantasy sports permission. Beta users do not need to create Yahoo developer apps. Disconnecting Yahoo may remove Yahoo-derived league caches and saved results tied to that connection.

Third-Party Services

The product uses third-party services such as Yahoo Fantasy, NBA data providers, Vercel, Neon, and email delivery providers. Their own terms and availability may affect the product.

Changes

These terms are a practical beta baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before a broader public launch. We may update them as the product matures.
